We always welcome new patient referrals. Our practice takes referrals for implants, sedation, oral surgery and Clearstep orthodontics. As these treatments can be complex, demanding and time consuming the referral to New Park House may save you time to spend on other treatment. If you would like to refer a patient to us please complete the proforma with your patient’s details and the nature of the problem.

Patients who are not registered with a dentist who  wish to enquire about specialist treatments  - again please complete the proforma.

We will always confirm receipt of your referral before contacting your patient to arrange an initial consultation.
